Those people ARE behind you. They don’t understand how you’ve changed and grown so much and the change makes them uncomfortable because they’re seeing you grow while they stay the same.

They’re not used to seeing you be a leader and an expert.

But the people who are in your corner supporting you get it. The people who need what you have to teach appreciate it. Focus on those people when you put yourself out there and ignore the rest.
