Why you should work on your mindset when you’re feeling good

Here’s why you might keep slipping into self doubt after feeling confident for a short time.

It’s easy to let your mindset habits slip when you’re feeling good. All of a sudden they don’t seem so necessary because you’re doing well. So you figure you can skip it today, then tomorrow and next thing you haven’t done them for a week.

All of a sudden you’re feeling doubtful, lacking confidence and feeling like an imposter.

Every time I feel these things and ask myself – have I kept on top of my mindset work? The answer is usually that I’ve let it slip. And that started when I was feeling good.

Instead, keep those habits up so that you can keep the momentum going and be ready to face any unexpected hiccups head on.
